SILENCE – MOUNA

Silence is described as the state of the Anahata Chakra, while worldly speech belongs to the state of the Manipura Chakra.

Spiritual speaking is connected to the Vishuddhi Chakra, and meditation or third-eye awareness belongs to the Ajna Chakra.

“Sahasrara” represents activities rooted in spirituality, meditation, third-eye awareness, and spiritual science.

Therefore, silence means moving away from excessive worldly speaking and cultivating spiritual talk, meditation, and third-eye awareness.

Through the practice of Mouna, one progresses in the direction of spiritual science.

The invitation is simple: practice more and more silence—Mouna.
